Dietary Management (Kitchen)

Over 3000 meals is generally issued from the kitchen, for both patients and staffs daily. Different types of meals are prepared each day for example; high carbohydrate diet, children’s diets, liquid diets, high protein diets and diets for psychiatric patients.

Apart from the 3 main meals per day, at 9.30 am and at 3.00 pm milk, soup and porridge is provided on medical recommendations, which are prepared under direct supervision.
